Embodied Intelligence Conference, 2-4 2025
This FREE event brings together a wide range of speakers to discuss the many challenges and opportunities in Embodied Intelligence research! The conference is structured with a morning session and afternoon session each day to accommodate different time zones. Departmental module fairs 2025
The Language Centre module fair in term 2 will take place in the FAB building on Wednesday 5 March, 14:00-17:00.
Language Centre Module Fairs
This year, SMLC are holding a Language Centre module fair in term 2, which coincides with Eutopia Language Week and one in early term 3 (exact details for this one TBC).
As well as a chance for students to talk to staff about their options with the Language Centre, they will also be able to sign up for taster sessions (at complete beginners’ level) in a variety of languages. By doing so, students will be able to make informed decisions on what will suit them in their degrees and try out a new language.

For emergencies or urgent safety concerns, please contact the University 24-hour Community Safety line: +44 (0)2476 522083. Community Safety operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
In the event of an emergency on campus requiring ambulance, police or fire brigade, call 22222 from an internal telephone. If you are on campus and you use a mobile to call for an emergency service (999), you should also then call 024 76 5 22222. This alerts the University Community Safety team and will enable the emergency vehicle to be speedily escorted to where it is required on the campus.
If you're struggling but it's not an emergency, please contact Wellbeing.
